  • How long does an extension of loft conversion take?

    Timeframes can vary from one project to another depending on scale and work required. One thing we can ensure is that we will give you a realistic completion date and also keep you updated throughout the process when milestones are met. To give you some indication, an average loft conversion can take 8-9 weeks and 8 weeks for an extension.

  • What is the payment schedule?

    Once the budget has been agreed, payments are to be at periodical times to be agreed with the customer and Lotts Of Development

  • Will my property be habitable during the construction process?

    Through careful planning and ordered processes we are able to limit disruption to your everyday living. If there are going to be any times where utilities need to be cut off we will give you plenty of advance warning. Your project manager will discuss this with your prior to any works starting.
